Did Mullen Automotive, Inc. (MULN) hit bottom at 0.9 cents a share or no hope for this company at all? Today is up but not sure if that will continue

Too risky for me. Not aware of any news. What I know is that they need to deliver an order for one of the big car dealers later this year. Maybe that will save them. So far and from my knowledge they don’t have products on the streets yet.
